You can connect your Discord to Passes to give fans special access based on their memberships
1. How to Connect Discord to Passes
Using the navigation bar, click Integrations
Click Add Integration
Choose Discord
Give your integration a clear name (e.g., “VIP Discord Access”). This helps you stay organized if you have more than one
Click Connect your Discord
Log into the Discord account that manages your server
You must already have a Discord server before doing this.
2. Set Up the Passes Bot in Discord
Once you connect your server, you’ll be shown instructions to set up the Passes Bot
Open your Discord server
Click the server name (top-left) > Server Settings
Go to Roles
Drag the Passes Bot role above any roles you want linked to memberships
Go back to Passes and click Refresh Roles
3. Attach Memberships to Roles
In Passes, click Attach Membership under your Discord integration
Choose which memberships should grant Discord access
Assign a Discord role for each membership
Tip: If you create new roles later, make sure the Passes Bot is still above them and click Refresh Roles in Passes
You can edit, disconnect, or remove your Discord integration anytime under Creator Tools > Integrations.
