You now have the option to enable membership upgrades for fans.
Enabling membership upgrades in Settings:
Go to Settings 👉 Memberships 👉 Upgrade Memberships
Allow Fans to Upgrade Membership will be turned off by default. To enable membership upgrades, toggle on this feature.

A: No, this feature is optional. You can toggle it on or off, based on what makes sense for your profile.
Q: Can my fans switch from a higher membership tier to a lower one?
A: No, they can only upgrade from a lower tier to a higher one.
Q: Can I apply a discount to an upgrade?
A: Yes, you can apply a discount to an upgrade. However, if the discounted price of the new membership is still lower than what the fan paid for their previous membership, they will be charged the difference to ensure they pay at least their previous membership amount.
