Livestream Success: How to Set Up and Engage Your Audience
Setting Up Livestreams on Web:
Use Google Chrome on a computer for livestreaming, as it's currently the only supported browser. iOS mobile app support is coming soon.
Go to the Creator Tools section and select "Livestreaming."
Click on "Create Livestream."
Enter the title, description, and schedule the date and time.
Decide if the livestream will be free, pay-per-minute, or a one-time fee.
Promote Your Livestream by using mass messages or posts to inform your fans about the upcoming livestream.
Starting a Livestream on Mobile:

“Start Livestream” in full navigation menu (hamburger button)
“Go Live” from “Watch Streams” section in full navigation menu
Setting Up Livestreams on Mobile:
Edit details: Click pencil icon to set title, description, and paid/free option
Save settings: Click “Save”
Choose latency: Select “Low Latency” (recommended) to prevent lag

Open Chat: View comments and tips
Livestream Setup: Modify settings during stream

During Your Stream:
Monitor: Check stream status, uptime, and viewer count at top
Chat status: Green dot + “Connected to Chat” (bottom left) confirms active chat
End stream: Click “End Live” button when finished

Discovering Livestreams:
Browse active streams on the “Watch Streams” page or access directly from creator profiles
Purchasing Livestreams:
Pay-to-View: One-time fee for unlimited access to the entire broadcast
Pay-per-Minute: New transaction required each time you rejoin the stream
Interacting During Livestreams:
Comment for free and send tips with messages (tip amounts and usernames are visible to all)
Fan Action Panel Features:
Pause, full-screen, hide/show overlay, set tip amounts, and rotate for landscape mode
Click the arrow (upper right) for stream details
Delete your own messages by clicking and selecting “Delete”
