Understanding Fan Payments

Managing your payments on Passes is simple and transparent. Here's a guide to how payments work on the platform.

1. Purchasing Content

  • Fans can purchase memberships, messages, and other content using credit or debit cards.

  • PayPal: Only available for one-time purchases like direct messages but not for recurring payments such as pay-per-minute livestream/calls and memberships.

  • Apple Pay: Now available for mobile apps (iOS only), iOS browsers, and Safari on desktop, works similar to PayPal except you can Tip using Apple Pay.

Payment terms for memberships:

  • Monthly: Billed every month

  • Quarterly: Billed every 3 months. Some creators offer a discount for choosing this plan

  • Yearly: Billed once per year, with the highest discount (if offered by the creator)

You’ll see available billing options on each creator’s membership page before purchasing

2. Transaction Fees: A small transaction fee is added at checkout. This fee will be visible before completing the purchase, ensuring transparency.

3. Managing Payment Methods. You can manage your payment methods easily by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Select the Payment section.

  3. Add, update, or remove your credit card information as needed.

4. Viewing Payment History

  1. To review your previous transactions

  2. Go to Settings > Payment.

  3. Access your Payment History to see details of all completed transactions.
