At Passes, we’re committed to ensuring your account remains secure so that you can fully enjoy our platform and engage with your community.
However digital threats are on the rise and we need you to take a few minutes to protect your account by following this checklist:
I. Use a Strong and Unique Password
Don't use the same password on multiple apps.
Do create a strong password using a mix of uppercase (ABC), lowercase (abc), symbols (#@$), and numbers (123).
To update your password: Select Change Passwords in your Account Settings.
II. Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
To enable two-factor authentication:
Toggle on 2FA within your Account Settings.
Select phone or email, then click Save.
Enter the 6-digit code that you receive by phone/email.
III. Secure Your Personal Email
Use a strong password, enable multi-factor authentication, and enable built-in device security measures, like Face ID or Touch ID.
If you ever receive suspicious emails or messages claiming to be from Passes, report them to help@passes.com for verification immediately.
IV. Update Your OS Version
Update to the latest version of your operating system to ensure that your device is compatible with the most recent security and content updates on Passes. This prevents software vulnerabilities and bugs.
Important: Passes will never ask for your password or personal details via email. Your security matters to us, and by taking these steps, you’re helping to protect your creative work and connections.
Following all these steps will help you have a safer experience not only on the Passes platform, but also your overall online security and safety.
