The New Passes Creator Homepage: Your Complete Dashboard Guide
Your Passes creator homepage looks a little different. See what's changed.

Passes has completely redesigned the creator homepage experience. In place of the former explore page, you now have a personalized dashboard built around your performance data, smart content recommendations, and actionable insights tailored specifically to your creator journey on Passes.
The explore page is still accessible anytime in a separate tab. But your new homepage is where your business lives.
Here is everything that is in your new Creator Homepage and how to use each section.

What Is in the New Passes Creator Homepage?
Your Creator Homepage is organized around six sections, each designed to help you make smarter decisions, act on what is working, and stay on top of what needs attention.
Key Performance Metrics
Your dashboard now features four essential metric cards at the top of your homepage:
- Total Profile Visits
- New Memberships
- 1-on-1 DM Revenue
- Membership Revenue
Click any metric card to open a detailed visualization that shows trends and patterns over time. Use the data range selector to zoom in on any specific time period and every graph and metric will update automatically to reflect your chosen window.

Reuse Top Converting Mass DMs
Passes now surfaces your three highest-performing Mass DMs directly on your homepage so you can put proven content to work with new audiences.
The Reuse feature includes an Auto Unsend function that makes this seamless:
- Click the Reuse button on any of your top-performing DMs
- Passes automatically unsends any unopened versions of that message
- Your successful caption is pre-filled in a new DM ready to send
- Send it as-is to a fresh audience or adjust it for even better results
First-time users will see a walkthrough modal that explains exactly how the process works. To confirm Auto Unsend is active, check the toggle in the advanced panel before sending.

Try New Captions for High-Potential Mass DMs
Your content vault contains media that could be performing better with a stronger caption. Passes analyzes your historical data to identify this high-potential content and surfaces it directly on your homepage.
Here is how it works:
- Hit Reuse on any piece of high-potential content
- Choose from three AI-suggested captions based on your past performance, each with an estimated conversion percentage
- Select a caption and your new Mass DM populates instantly
- Tweak the pre-filled caption to fine-tune it before sending
This turns underperforming content into new earning opportunities without starting from scratch.

Media Performance
The Media Performance section gives you an all-time view of what is driving results across your content library. It shows two ranked lists side by side:
- Top 3 Earning Media: Ranked by total revenue generated
- Top 3 Purchased Media; Ranked by total purchase count
This dual perspective helps you distinguish between your highest-earning content and your most popular content, which are not always the same thing, and use both signals to inform your content strategy.

New Creator Onboarding
If you are new to Passes, your homepage transforms into a guided onboarding experience with five steps to help you build your foundation:
- Set up your profile
- Create your first membership
- Upload your first post
- Add a welcome message
- Send your first Mass DM
Until you have enough data to populate your dashboard, these guided actions replace the analytics sections and help you take the actions that will generate future insights. After your first month on Passes, the onboarding section moves to a side panel where it stays until you have completed every step.

Actions Needed
The Actions Needed section ensures nothing falls through the cracks. It alerts you to time-sensitive tasks that need your attention:
- Unanswered Custom Requests: You will be notified when fan requests have been waiting 48 hours or more without a response
- Low Content Supply: You will be notified when you have not uploaded to your Vault in seven or more days
- Empty Shop: You will be prompted to add your first listing if your Shop has not been set up yet

These alerts only disappear when the underlying issue is actually resolved, not just dismissed.
