Instead of guessing when to post or manually managing a content calendar, Smart Scheduler handles the details that slow creators down, including picking the best posting time, suggesting smart pricing, and generating captions that connect with your audience.

You keep full control throughout. A clean queue lets you review, edit, or cancel anything before it reaches your fans.


How to Set Up Smart Scheduler

There are three ways to access and enable Smart Scheduler on Passes.

Option 1: Through the Navigation Bar

  1. Go to Smart Scheduler in your left-hand sidebar
  2. Toggle on "Enable Smart Scheduler"
  3. Complete the setup screen to configure your preferences
  4. Once setup is complete, your queue will show all scheduled posts managed by Smart Scheduler, plus the option to add new content

Option 2: Using the Create Button

  • Click the +Create button next to your profile
  • Select "Add to Smart Scheduler"
  • Set up your post or Mass DM directly from your creation workflow

Option 3: From Your Vault

  • Navigate to Vault in the Navigation Bar
  • Click the black +Add button on any piece of content
  • Select "Add to Smart Scheduler" to put existing content to work with automated optimization

How to Read Your Smart Scheduler Queue

Once you have added content to Smart Scheduler, everything lives in your Scheduler tab. Content managed by Smart Scheduler is easy to identify at a glance.

Here is what each color means:

  • Purple gradient with sparkles: Content actively managed and optimized by Smart Scheduler
  • Black: A regularly scheduled post not using Smart Scheduler
  • Greyed out: Content that has already been sent to your fans
